Dinner last night was fabulous. It was both extremely tasty and visually appealing. Mark brought home some morel mushrooms. We contemplated just sauteing them in some butter and having them as a side. But then he found this reciepe in his Peterson mushroom field book.
I present to you PINE CLUSTER AGAINST WHITE SKY!
We paired this delicious morel and chicken dish with a salad of local fresh greens topped with a homemade birch syrup salad dressing. A dish fit for a king - or at least for a couple of cabin-dwellers.
